    Yakiniku Annyon is a yakiniku restaurant founded in 1998.

    It started with the current owner's parents, and now it has become a young and long-established store that has been in business for over 20 years.

    The second generation will inherit and develop Yakiniku Annyon, which has been loved by everyone in the region.

    1999 Born in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture

    Raised in Ehime until age 15, left hometown for high school in Hiroshima Prefecture

    Trained at a famous yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo from the age of 18 in order to succeed the first owner (father) who became paralyzed due to a cerebral hemorrhage.

    After three years, he rose to the position of head chef, and in April 2022, he retired and returned to his hometown of Ehime.
